Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years
The Purchase Executive will handle procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely purchasing of food ingredients and restaurant supplies.
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Monitor supply levels and coordinate with store and kitchen departments.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of purchased items.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Knowledge of F&B procurement processes
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Ability to maintain cost control and purchase planning
Minimum 5+ years of experience in purchasing within the F&B industry.
