Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years
The Operation Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management. The role also focuses on maintaining quality standards and improving operational efficiency.
Manage day-to-day F&B operations including service quality and staff performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and purchasing teams for smooth operations.
Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational costs.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage budgets and operational planning
Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations management.
