The Mechanical Works Supervisor will supervise mechanical maintenance teams and ensure the proper functioning of mechanical systems such as HVAC, pumps, and other equipment used in hospital operations.
Supervise mechanical technicians and maintenance staff
Ensure mechanical equipment operates efficiently
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
Monitor repair activities and equipment performance
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical maintenance supervision
Equipment troubleshooting
Team leadership and coordination
Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical maintenance works
Candidates must have extensive experience in hospital or large facility maintenance projects
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and plumbing systems
Ability to work under pressure and handle complex engineering operations
Immediate availability preferred
