Servico Facilities Management is hiring a Trainer responsible for training housemaids and hospitality staff to ensure high service standards and professional conduct.
Provide training programs for housemaids and hospitality staff to improve service quality and professional skills.
Ensure employees follow company standards in housekeeping and hospitality services.
Conduct training sessions for housekeeping and hospitality staff
Develop training materials and service guidelines
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
Train employees on cleaning procedures, hospitality etiquette, and safety standards
Ensure service quality meets company and client expectations
Maintain training records and reports
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or Training & Development
Minimum 3β5 years experience in hospitality training
Experience in Facilities Management or hospitality industry preferred
Training and coaching abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of housekeeping standards and hospitality services
Ability to develop training programs
