The company is looking for an experienced Business Development cum Sales Manager to expand the company’s facilities management services and develop new business opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and promote facility management services to potential clients.
Develop sales strategies and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
Identify and secure new contracts for facility management services
Build relationships with corporate clients and project stakeholders
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and tenders
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve sales targets and company revenue goals
Coordinate with operations team for service delivery
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development
Experience in Facilities Management industry preferred
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of facilities management services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage client relationships and contracts
