Servico Facilities Management is seeking experienced Catering Cooks responsible for preparing high-quality meals for corporate clients, staff accommodations, and facility management sites.
Prepare and cook meals according to company menus and food safety standards.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook variety of meals for catering operations
Follow company menu plans and recipes
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients
Assist in menu planning and kitchen inventory control
Coordinate with kitchen staff and catering supervisors
Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of catering experience
Experience in industrial catering or facilities management companies
Knowledge of international and local cuisines
Strong kitchen management and cooking skills
Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
