Steadfast Qatar is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and analyze project performance.
Ensure project timelines and resources are efficiently managed to meet deadlines.
Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Monitor project progress and prepare reports
Coordinate with project managers and engineers
Analyze delays and prepare recovery plans
Prepare progress reports and project documentation
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management
Minimum 4–6 years of planning experience in construction projects
Experience in large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of project management principles
Excellent communication and coordination skills
