Steadfast Qatar is looking for a qualified HSE Officer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain safe working conditions across construction and engineering projects.
Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
Implement safety programs and conduct inspections to prevent accidents and hazards.
Conduct site safety inspections and audits
Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards
Implement safety procedures and risk assessments
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
Monitor use of PPE and safety equipment
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Safety Engineering or related field
NEBOSH / IOSH Certification preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction projects
Experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred
Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
Risk assessment and hazard identification
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Good leadership and communication abilities
