Steadfast Qatar is looking for experienced Draftsmen in multiple disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and assisting engineers in project design documentation.
Prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software
Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings
Modify designs based on project changes or engineer instructions
Coordinate with engineers and site teams
Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications
Maintain drawing documentation and revision records
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Drafting
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Qatar or GCC
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and drafting software
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of construction standards
Attention to detail and accuracy
