Job Description: The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair activities in oil and gas facilities. The role involves ensuring safety standards are met, managing a team of mechanical technicians, and ensuring efficient operation of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee the daily activities of mechanical technicians and ensure the completion of work orders.
• Monitor mechanical systems and identify areas for improvement or preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers, other supervisors, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in mechanical supervision, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
