We are seeking a skilled Estimator / QS with strong experience in glass and façade projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and managing project budgets efficiently.
Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimations, BOQs, and tender evaluations for glass and aluminium projects.
Ensure accurate pricing, material take-offs, and cost control from project initiation to completion.
Preparation and evaluation of Tender / Contract Documents
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
Cost estimation for glass and aluminium works
Coordination with suppliers for material pricing
Preparing variation orders and cost analysis
Project cost monitoring and budget control
Technical review of drawings and specifications
Curtain Wall Systems
Glass Partitions
Handrails
Shower Enclosures
Mirrors Installation
Skylight Structures
Building Glass Design & Aluminium Works
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Professional certification in QS (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 Years of experience in Qatar
Strong background in Glass & Aluminium industry
Experience handling commercial & residential building projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation
Expertise in reading architectural & structural drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
