📌 Job Description:

The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires coordination with engineering teams and ensuring design compliance with client and regulatory standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

  • Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for integrated design solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.

  • Prepare presentation materials and design reports.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation accuracy.

🎓 Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Qatar or GCC.

✅ Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Must be available in Qatar (Transferable visa preferred).

📌 General Requirements (All Positions)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong technical and coordination skills.

  • Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Transferable visa preferred (Locally available candidates only).
