📌 Job Description:

The Site Architect will supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring architectural works are executed as per approved drawings and project standards. Responsible for coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise architectural works at the project site.

  • Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for smooth project execution.

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

  • Monitor site progress and prepare site reports.

  • Conduct inspections and resolve site-related issues.

🎓 Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Qatar.

✅ Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of architectural coordination and detailing.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

  • Good communication and site coordination skills.

  • Must be locally available in Qatar (Transferable visa preferred).

📌 General Requirements (All Positions)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong technical and coordination skills.

  • Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Transferable visa preferred (Locally available candidates only).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
