Department: Commercial & Cost Control
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and financial monitoring of construction projects. The role involves accurate quantity take-offs and cost control to ensure project profitability.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Monitor project costs and manage variations.
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare progress valuations.
Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in cost control, billing, and subcontractor payments.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Must be available in Qatar (Transferable visa preferred).
