Lead and manage HVAC sales team, develop business strategies, and achieve company revenue targets in the Qatar market.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Manage key client accounts and major projects.
Lead sales team and monitor performance.
Expand company market presence in HVAC sector.
Bachelorβs Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years experience in HVAC sales, with managerial exposure.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of HVAC systems and project sales.
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience (Managers require 5+ years).
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Experience in Qatar market is highly preferred.
