HVAC TECHNICIAN

Location: Al-Waab, Salwa Road, Building 248, Block B1, Floor 2, Office 201 (Same building of PAN HOME Furniture), Doha – Qatar

Department: Mechanical / HVAC Maintenance

📌 Job Description:

Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring efficient cooling and ventilation performance.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of AHU, FCU, DX Units, Chillers, and ventilation systems.

  • Routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.

  • Troubleshooting HVAC system faults.

  • Maintaining service logs and reports.

🎓 Qualification:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR

  • ITI in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

💼 Experience:

  • 3–5 years in HVAC maintenance within Facilities Management.

✅ Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of HVAC control systems.

  • Understanding of cooling load systems and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to read HVAC technical drawings.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

📌 General Requirements (All Positions)

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Facilities Management Company is mandatory.

  • Diploma or two-year industrial training course preferred.

  • Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.

  • Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.
