CIVIL TECHNICIAN

Location: Al-Waab, Salwa Road, Building 248, Block B1, Floor 2, Office 201 (Same building of PAN HOME Furniture), Doha – Qatar
📅 Interview Dates:

  • 🗓 Saturday – 07th March 2026 (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Department: Civil Maintenance

📌 Job Description:

Responsible for building maintenance tasks related to civil works, finishing, and repairs in commercial and residential properties.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of doors, wooden fixtures, locks, furniture.

  • Tile work, marble work, pavement repairs.

  • Wall plastering, painting, and finishing works.

  • General building repair and preventive maintenance.

🎓 Qualification:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering OR

  • ITI in Civil/Construction Trades (Preferred).

💼 Experience:

  • 3–5 years in building maintenance / Facilities Management.

✅ Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of civil repair and finishing works.

  • Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks.

  • Good workmanship and attention to detail.

  • Immediate availability preferred.

📌 General Requirements (All Positions)

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Facilities Management Company is mandatory.

  • Diploma or two-year industrial training course preferred.

  • Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.

  • Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.
