Job Description:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing all front-desk activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires a candidate with experience in customer-facing industries such as healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth flow of patients and visitors.
- Handle patient registration, check-ins, and assist with insurance verification if required.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage administrative tasks like updating patient records, managing emails, and filing documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front-office roles, preferably in Healthcare, Hotel, or Hypermarket sectors.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
