The Senior Civil QS will manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for civil and infrastructure projects. The candidate must ensure cost control and accurate quantity take-offs.
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
Conduct quantity take-offs
Monitor project costs and variations
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Coordinate with project managers and clients
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
Expertise in cost control and budgeting
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
Negotiation and analytical skills
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil projects
Roads & infrastructure experience preferred
GCC experience required
Must be locally available in Qatar
Immediate joining preferred
Transferable visa preferred
Strong communication skills
