PSECCO is a leading security services provider in Qatar, delivering professional guarding, patrolling, and facility protection solutions. The company is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Security Patrolling Supervisor to join their team immediately.
The Security Patrolling Supervisor will be responsible for supervising patrolling teams, ensuring site safety, and maintaining security compliance across assigned locations.
The candidate must monitor guards’ performance, conduct regular inspections, prepare reports, and ensure smooth security operations while maintaining professional communication with clients.
Supervise and manage security patrol teams across multiple sites
Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with company security policies
Prepare daily and incident reports
Coordinate with management regarding security concerns
Ensure discipline and professional conduct among security staff
Respond immediately to emergency situations
Maintain proper documentation and patrolling schedules
Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Security-related certification is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English mandatory)
Ability to handle emergency situations professionally
Good reporting and documentation skills
Knowledge of Qatar security regulations is preferred
Minimum 2 Years of experience in the same field (Security Supervision / Patrolling Supervision)
Experience in Qatar security operations preferred
Valid Qatari Driving License
Willingness to transfer sponsorship
