π Department: Mechanical Engineering β Infrastructure Networks Division
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing mechanical works related to infrastructure networks such as pipelines, pumping stations, utility systems, and associated facilities.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure and energy-related projects, particularly in QatarEnergy project environments.
Supervise and execute mechanical installation works for infrastructure network systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and QatarEnergy project requirements.
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Supervise installation of pipelines, pumping systems, and mechanical equipment
Coordinate with civil and electrical teams on site
Conduct inspections and ensure QA/QC compliance
Prepare daily progress reports and technical documentation
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and client requirements
Bachelorβs Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant professional certifications preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure network projects
Prior experience in QatarEnergy projects is mandatory
GCC experience preferred
Strong knowledge of infrastructure mechanical systems
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with QA/QC and HSE procedures
Strong coordination and leadership skills
Must be locally available in Qatar
