A reputed MEP contracting and trading company in Qatar is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Executive with strong MEP sales experience to join their growing team.


📌 Position: Business Executive – MEP Sales

🏗 Department: Sales & Business Development – MEP Division


🔎 Job Overview:

The Business Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating sales leads, and promoting MEP services and products to contractors, consultants, and project clients across Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have proven MEP sales experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.


📝 Job Description:

  • Develop and expand the company’s MEP sales portfolio by identifying new clients and projects.

  • Manage client relationships, prepare quotations, and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.


✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (Contractors, Consultants, Developers)

  • Promote MEP services including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals

  • Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities

  • Conduct client meetings and site visits

  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements

  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis


🎓 Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration preferred

  • Technical background in MEP is an advantage


💼 Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP Sales or Business Development

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction market in Qatar

  • GCC experience preferred


🛠 Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to read basic technical drawings

  • Good knowledge of Qatar construction market

  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality

  • Strong networking ability


🚗 Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred)

  • Ability to meet clients and attend site visits

  • Transferable visa with NOC preferred
