Ritver Paint Manufacturing, a leading company in the paint production sector, is urgently looking for a Storekeeper cum Inventory Data Entry Operator to manage warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate inventory data entry. The role requires strong organizational skills and experience in store operations within a manufacturing environment.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and finished goods.
Organize and maintain proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock verification.
Coordinate with procurement and production departments for material availability.
Enter inventory data accurately into ERP/software systems.
Prepare stock reports, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue vouchers.
Ensure proper documentation for material movement.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
✔ Certification in Inventory Management (preferred)
✔ Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Storekeeper or Inventory Controller
✔ Experience in manufacturing or industrial company preferred
✔ Knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock management systems
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel mandatory)
✔ Experience in ERP or inventory software systems
✔ Good numerical and record-keeping skills
✔ Ability to handle documentation and reporting
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Transferable Visa with Valid NOC (Mandatory)
✔ Locally available in Qatar
