A reputed Industrial Catering Company in Qatar is urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic Catering Supervisor to manage large-scale kitchen and catering operations.

👨‍🍳 Position: Catering Supervisor

📌 Job Summary

The Catering Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen operations, manpower planning, food production, hygiene control, and client coordination. The candidate must have experience managing high-volume catering services (minimum 2000 mandays per day).

📝 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Kitchen Operations Management

  • Supervise daily food production and distribution for approximately 2000 mandays.

  • Ensure smooth workflow in kitchen, store, and service areas.

2️⃣ Staff Supervision & Coordination

  • Manage chefs, cooks, helpers, and service staff.

  • Prepare duty rosters and ensure manpower availability as per operational requirements.

3️⃣ Food Safety & Quality Control

  • Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and portion control.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs.

4️⃣ Client & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with site management and clients for smooth catering operations.

  • Handle complaints, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5️⃣ Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with storekeepers.

  • Control food wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

🎓 Qualification Requirements

✔ Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Catering Management or related field (Preferred)
✔ Food Safety Certification (HACCP or equivalent is an advantage)

💼 Experience Required

✔ Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in Industrial Catering or Restaurant Chain
✔ Experience in handling large-scale kitchen operations (minimum 2000 mandays daily)
✔ Experience in labor camps, corporate catering, or oil & gas catering projects preferred

🛠 Required Skills

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent knowledge of bulk cooking and catering logistics
✔ Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Good communication skills (English mandatory)
✔ Knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations
✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office for reporting and documentation)
