UNITCO Qatar, a reputed Air Conditioning company in Doha, is urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineer for the position of Sales Engineer in the HVAC division.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling air conditioning and HVAC solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves technical support, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities in HVAC and air conditioning projects.
Meet contractors, consultants, and clients to promote company products and solutions.
Provide technical explanations and product demonstrations to clients.
Suggest suitable HVAC systems based on project requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
Coordinate with the technical and procurement teams for pricing and specifications.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
✔ Additional HVAC-related certifications will be an advantage
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Air Conditioning / HVAC business
✔ Experience in sales or project coordination within HVAC industry preferred
✔ Knowledge of Doha/Qatar market is an advantage
✔ Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning systems (Split, VRF, Chillers, Package Units, etc.)
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to prepare BOQs and technical submittals
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
✔ Full-time position based in Doha
✔ Site visits and client meetings required
