Profession Catering Services, a reputed catering company in Qatar, is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer (Catering Division) to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health & safety standards across kitchens and project sites.

📌 Job Summary
The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental policies within kitchen facilities and catering sites. The role ensures compliance with food safety regulations, occupational safety standards, and company HSE procedures.
📝 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Food Safety & Hygiene
Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP guidelines).
Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and catering facilities to maintain hygiene standards.
2️⃣ Occupational Health & Safety (Kitchen & Sites)
Ensure safe working practices in kitchens and remote catering sites.
Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
3️⃣ Staff Training & Compliance
Conduct HSE induction and food safety training programs for kitchen and site staff.
Ensure all employees follow PPE requirements and company safety policies.
4️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
Maintain HSE records, incident reports, safety audits, and inspection logs.
Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
🎓 Qualification Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Environmental Science / Occupational Health & Safety / Food Safety / Public Health or equivalent).
✔ HSE Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or HACCP (preferred).
✔ Food Safety Level Certification is an added advantage.
💼 Experience Required
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE within catering, hospitality, or food production industry.
✔ Experience in industrial or large-scale catering projects preferred.
✔ Knowledge of Qatar food safety regulations and municipality standards is an advantage.
