Job Description: A Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for overseeing and developing the planning processes of construction projects. This includes project scheduling, progress monitoring, and resource planning, ensuring that the project is delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed schedules and project plans for large-scale building construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project timelines and resource usage.
- Identify and mitigate any potential delays in project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10-12 years of work experience in planning and handling building construction projects.
- Skills: Proficient in Primavera.
