Department: Production / Joinery
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Production Management / Related Field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production coordination or joinery division
Experience in wood works, interior fit-out, or factory production preferred
Production planning & scheduling
Material coordination & inventory monitoring
Strong communication & reporting skills
Knowledge of joinery processes and factory workflow
Ability to coordinate between factory, site & management
Coordinates daily production activities in the joinery division, ensuring timely completion of orders as per project requirements. Monitors material availability, production schedules, and workforce allocation.
Acts as a communication bridge between factory, project team, and management to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
