🔹 SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Department: Commercial / Quantity Surveying

✅ Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)

• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is an advantage

✅ Experience:

• Minimum 12 Years of proven experience in Roads & Infrastructure Projects in Qatar

• Extensive experience working with Ashghal / PWA projects

✅ Technical Requirements:

• Preparing quantity take-offs in accordance with CESMM (Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement)

• In-depth knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications)

• Strong knowledge of PWA (Public Works Authority – Ashghal) standards & procedures

• Experience in variation orders, claims, and interim payment applications

✅ Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Expertise in BOQ preparation and rate analysis

• Contract administration & commercial management

• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

📝 Job Description:

Responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs as per CESMM standards and managing all commercial aspects of roads & infrastructure projects. Ensures compliance with QCS and PWA procedures while handling cost control, variations, and contract administration.

Prepares payment certificates, evaluates subcontractor claims, and supports project management in maintaining financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
