Commercial & Cost Control Department
The Quantity Surveyor will manage project costs, prepare BOQs, and ensure financial control of civil construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in quantity take-offs, contract administration, and cost management.
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
Monitor project budgets and cost control.
Prepare variation orders and payment certificates.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and agreements.
Conduct site measurements and cost analysis.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Professional QS certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil construction works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software.
Understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferred).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent reporting and documentation abilities.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Civil Construction.
Qatar project experience preferred.
