Job Description: The Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical is responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and ensuring financial efficiency in mechanical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for mechanical systems in construction projects.
- Monitor expenses and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Conduct cost analysis, evaluate tenders, and manage contracts.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure accurate billing and material procurement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficient in cost estimation and contract management software.
