Finance & Project Documentation Department
The Accountant / Document Controller will manage financial records while also handling project documentation and control systems. The role requires strong accounting knowledge along with organized document management skills in construction projects.
Manage daily accounting transactions (GL, AP, AR).
Prepare invoices, payment certificates, and expense reports.
Monitor project budgets and track financial performance.
Prepare financial statements and reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations.
Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and contracts.
Control incoming and outgoing technical documents.
Ensure proper document version control and tracking.
Coordinate with project managers and consultants.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certification in accounting or document control is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in document control procedures within construction projects.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel advanced level).
Familiarity with project documentation systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction & fit-out industry.
Previous experience in Qatar construction projects preferred.
