Drainage Network Monitoring & Control (DNMC) Department
The DNMC Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling pumping stations and drainage networks through SCADA systems. The role ensures smooth operations, emergency response management, and compliance with project standards, especially for Ashghal-related works.
Monitor pumping stations including Foul Sewer, Surface Water, Ground Water, and TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent).
Operate and supervise SCADA systems for real-time monitoring.
Track alarms and ensure timely corrective actions.
Execute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) during normal and emergency situations.
Coordinate with field teams for breakdowns and maintenance.
Prepare daily operational reports and incident logs.
Ensure compliance with Ashghal project standards and guidelines.
Maintain communication with stakeholders and operations teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field.
Technical certification in SCADA systems is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of pumping stations and drainage systems.
Hands-on experience with SCADA operations and alarm monitoring.
Understanding of sewerage and stormwater network systems.
Ability to handle emergency response situations efficiently.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in shift operations if required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Ashghal projects preferred.
Experience in drainage network monitoring and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
Must be locally available in Qatar.
Transferable visa preferred.
