Facility Management Division
The Division Head will lead and manage all operations of the Facility Management Division, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and strategic planning capabilities.
Oversee daily operations of the Facility Management Division.
Develop and implement operational strategies and business growth plans.
Manage contracts, budgets, and financial performance of the division.
Lead and supervise operations managers, engineers, and support teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and Qatar regulations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality.
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement measures.
Coordinate with procurement, HR, and finance departments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s Degree is preferred.
Professional certifications in Facility Management are an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
In-depth knowledge of FM operations (MEP, soft services, hard services).
Budgeting, cost control, and financial management expertise.
Contract management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Facility Management.
At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Proven experience handling large FM contracts in Qatar preferred.
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
NOC (No Objection Certificate) required.
Must be locally available in Qatar.
