📌 Job Summary (2 Lines):

The Auctioneer will be responsible for conducting live property auctions in a professional, confident, and engaging manner to maximize bidding value. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong stage presence, and the ability to manage competitive bidding environments efficiently.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live property auctions confidently and professionally.

• Lead and manage the entire bidding process to ensure transparency and efficiency.

• Engage bidders and encourage competitive participation.

• Clearly announce terms, conditions, and property details during auctions.

• Coordinate with the property sales and legal teams before and after auctions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar’s local regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation of auction proceedings.

• Achieve maximum value realization for listed properties.

🎓 Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Professional Auctioneer certification is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of property management and real estate practices.
