The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop activities, manage mechanics and technicians, and ensure timely repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and heavy equipment. The role includes supervising workflow, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance.
The candidate must coordinate job assignments, monitor productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient workshop management.
Supervise heavy vehicle and equipment repair operations.
Assign tasks to mechanics and monitor progress.
Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Manage workshop schedules and deadlines.
Maintain service records and reports.
Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology preferred.
Technical certification in heavy vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive field (heavy vehicles & heavy equipment mandatory).
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of heavy vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Good communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive heavy vehicles & heavy equipment.
African / Nepal nationalities preferred.
