The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and residential facilities. The candidate must ensure proper functioning of air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems.
The role requires preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and compliance with safety and company standards.
Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
Maintain service reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
ITI Certification in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a Facilities Management Company.
Experience handling chillers, split units, AHU, FCU preferred.
Strong troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
Ability to work independently.
Basic English communication skills.
Must have experience in a Facilities Management Company.
