The MEP Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within facilities. The candidate will supervise technicians and ensure smooth operations of building services.
The role includes planning maintenance schedules, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Supervise HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate with clients and facility managers.
Prepare maintenance reports and schedules.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
Strong supervisory and leadership experience required.
Knowledge of MEP systems.
Team leadership skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Must have experience in a Facilities Management Company.
