Manufacturing & Industrial Production
Factory Workers will be responsible for assisting in daily manufacturing operations, machine handling, material loading/unloading, and maintaining production efficiency. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety standards.
They must ensure proper handling of equipment and follow company production guidelines to meet quality and output targets.
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines.
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
Follow safety and company policies strictly.
Assist supervisors in daily production activities.
Minimum High School / Secondary Education.
Basic understanding of factory operations preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred.
Freshers with physical fitness and willingness to work can also apply.
Basic machine handling knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts.
Physically fit and hardworking.
Teamwork and discipline.
Basic communication skills.
Must be currently available in Qatar.
Transferable Visa with valid NOC.
