The HSE Manager will lead and oversee all health, safety, and environmental activities across multiple projects. Responsible for implementing safety policies, ensuring compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
Develop and implement HSE policies & procedures
Ensure compliance with Qatar safety regulations
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers and clients
Supervise HSE Engineers and Officers
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Occupational Health & Safety
NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory), NEBOSH Diploma preferred
8–12 years of HSE experience
Minimum 5 years in GCC construction/infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards
Risk assessment & accident prevention expertise
Valid QID preferred
Transferable visa preferred
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Strong English communication skills
