The Automotive Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. The role requires strong technical vehicle knowledge along with excellent customer handling skills.
Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns
Provide professional advice on repair and maintenance services
Prepare job cards and service estimates
Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians
Follow up on service progress and update customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Promote additional services and maintenance packages
Maintain accurate service records in the system
Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field (Preferred)
Technical automotive certifications (Added Advantage)
3–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automotive workshop
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
Experience in handling customer service in automobile industry
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of workshop workflow and operations
Ability to prepare quotations and service estimates
Computer proficiency (MS Office & workshop management software)
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
Transferable Visa
Immediate availability preferred
