Provide remote technical support and assist field teams in resolving telecom and technical issues.

Handle support calls & service requests
Provide troubleshooting assistance
Maintain service reports & logs
Qualification:
Relevant Diploma / Degree preferred
Experience:
Previous experience in technical support
Skills Required:
Fluent English communication
Basic telecom knowledge (Added Advantage)
Problem-solving ability
Valid QID is Mandatory
Sponsorship Change is Mandatory
