The role includes routine servicing, gas refilling, and diagnosing electrical/mechanical faults.
Technical Diploma/ITI in HVAC
Valid QID mandatory
Knowledge of different AC systems
Troubleshooting and repair expertise
Basic electrical knowledge
Preventive maintenance skills
Minimum 2–4 years in HVAC maintenance
Real estate/building maintenance experience preferred
