Job Description:

The Safety / HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of construction projects. This role involves developing and implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and providing guidance to maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s safety regulations and standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Train and educate employees on safety practices and procedures.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within contracting companies in Qatar.
• Valid MMUP and Qatar driving license.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
