Job Description:
MEGA HR is seeking a competent and multilingual Receptionist for our construction office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic. The role requires managing front desk operations and document control tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Support the administrative team with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with document control is a plus.
- Must have a transferable visa with NOC.
