The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across restaurant branches. The candidate will handle online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning.
The role requires managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, conducting market analysis, and studying competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the Qatar restaurant market.
Bachelorโs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Masterโs Degree (MBA โ Marketing) is an advantage
Digital Marketing certifications preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant marketing (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat)
Experience in paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Market analysis and competitor research expertise
Branding and promotional campaign management
Budget planning and ROI analysis
Excellent communication and leadership skills
At least 3โ5 years of overall marketing experience
Minimum 3 years specifically in restaurant/hospitality marketing
Experience in Qatar/GCC market preferred
Develop monthly and yearly marketing plans
Manage social media content and engagement strategies
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with operations team for promotions and events
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Increase customer footfall and online orders
