Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Business Administration (preferred)
Customer service training is an advantage
Minimum 4+ years in automotive bodyshop or service center
Experience handling insurance claims and customer coordination
Act as the main point of contact between customers and workshop team.
Prepare repair estimates and coordinate vehicle body repairs.
Inspect vehicles and document damage details
Prepare quotations and explain repair process to clients
Coordinate with technicians for timely delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Strong communication & customer service skills
Knowledge of bodyshop repair process and insurance procedures
Computer proficiency (workshop management software preferred)
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
✔️ Minimum 4+ years relevant experience required
✔️ Valid NOC required (Immediate joining preferred)
✔️ Strong technical knowledge in automotive field
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
