A leading Uniform Manufacturing Company in Qatar is looking for smart, experienced, and dynamic professionals to join their growing team. Candidates with strong industry knowledge and Gulf experience will be preferred.
📍 Location: Qatar
Diploma or Certification in Garment Technology / Fashion / Textile (preferred)
Technical training in garment cutting and pattern making
Minimum 5+ years of experience in uniform or garment manufacturing industry
Strong background in bulk garment production
Plan, supervise, and execute fabric cutting operations as per production schedule.
Ensure accurate pattern layout, minimal fabric wastage, and quality control standards.
Prepare cutting plans according to approved patterns and measurements.
Coordinate with production, stitching, and quality departments.
Monitor fabric consumption and maintain production records.
Train and supervise cutting helpers and tailors.
Strong knowledge of garment cutting techniques and industrial machines
Fabric knowledge (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.)
Ability to read patterns and technical sheets
Leadership and time management skills
Quality control awareness
✔️ Strong communication skills (English required)
✔️ Knowledge of Qatar market preferred
✔️ Valid NOC (if applicable)
