Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Textile Management or related field
MBA is an advantage
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Textile or Uniform Manufacturing industry
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
Develop new business opportunities and expand client base in corporate, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
Identify potential clients (schools, hospitals, hotels, companies, factories).
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Client relationship management
Market analysis and strategic planning
Leadership and team coordination
Excellent presentation skills
