Location: Doha , Qatar
Experience: Minimum 5 years in GCC construction field
Driving License: Valid Qatar driving license
Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Steel Structure Engineer with substantial experience in the construction field, specifically in steel structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of steel structures.
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the construction of steel structures for various projects.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure that projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure engineering within the GCC.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
Skills:
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000).
- Strong understanding of steel construction methods and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be aged between 25-45.
